1. Overview

Welcome to EX Apparel. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EX Apparel. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Manufacturing & Customization

All products sold on EX Apparel are made-to-order unless stated otherwise. Because of the technical complexity and custom nature of our manufacturing process, lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability and global logistics.

We reserves the right to make minor technical improvements to designs during production to ensure structural integrity and athlete safety.

3. Wholesale & Gym Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate production. The remaining balance, including actual shipping costs, is due upon completion of production before goods are released for shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, names, or branding uploaded for customization. EX Apparel assumes no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-provided assets.
