Custom Gear Commitment
The "Made-to-Order" Reality
Because every piece of EX gear is custom-built to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection. We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and consulting with our team before placing bulk orders.
Manufacturing Defects
If your gear arrives with a structural manufacturing defect or incorrect branding as per your approved design mockup, we will replace the item at zero cost to you.
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo/Video evidence of the defect must be provided.
- The item must be in unworn, competition-ready condition.
Refund Process
Approved refunds for manufacturing issues will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days. In most cases, we will prioritize an "Express Replacement" to ensure your gear is ready for training as soon as possible.
